Milestone Class RE-PLAYS
Let’s (Re) Play
These days, moms are SO busy. We work, we run around, we get up every 3 minutes to get someone water..
But don't worry, Milestone Class was recorded and is here, ready for streaming!
In this virtual series, each class is a bit different. Check out the descriptions below to learn which activities were performed with these LIVE babies & their mamas in each class. We recorded 3 sessions so far. Sept 11, 18th AM, 18th PM. Keep scrolling for more details and to get moving =)

What is Milestone Class?
Designed for parents and caregivers, this virtual wellness class focuses on teaching you how to get baby achieving those essential motor skills, including rolling, crawling, and walking… and of course tummy time-ing.
These were RECORDED LIVE, with REAL babies and REAL moms. You will see how we instructed them on activities to strengthen, lengthen, or motivate the baby towards the skill. We demonstrated on a doll, we modeled ourselves and the participants return -demonstrated. They had feedback right away so WE ENCOURAGE YOU to watch these RE-PLAYS WITH your child and practice right then and there… from the comfort and security of your own home [pjs encouraged].
Milestone class, is for FIRST TIME MOMs, as well as NICU Moms, moms of multiples, moms of kids with delays. It is not in PLACE of physical therapy. It could be an adjunct to PT OR it can help you learn skills to keep your baby on track with their development.
It is my dream for all parents to take courses like this, so that you are empowered to play purposefully with your baby, achieve milestones, and set a solid foundation of strength and flexibility in their little bodies, which will set them up for a lifetime of healthiness.
